Our EOR Model

An Employer of Record (EOR) is an organisation that assumes the legal responsibilities of employing and managing workers on behalf of other companies. In exchange for a monthly fee, an Employer of Record (EOR) can handle payroll, HR, benefits and compliance to employees. Without the need to establish a legal entity in Malaysia, you can seamlessly hire talents to work exclusively for your company. Although their formal employment contract is with us at My TalentHub Sdn Bhd, they are dedicated full-time to your operations.
This arrangement not only simplifies the employment process but also ensures that talents benefit from essential statutory contributions such as EPF (Employees Provident Fund) and SOCSO (Social Security Organization), enhancing their job security and welfare.
We have an authorised Singapore partner (Singbac Pte Ltd) that will be your main point of contact, providing you a dedicated account manager and handle all necessary admin matters.

We have a 3 main tiers.
- SGD 400 for salaries below RM3000
- SGD 600 for salaries between RM3000 to RM6000
- SGD 800 for salaries RM6001 onwards
20% discount for 2nd employees onwards
We have no ‘hidden’ fees or charges in our service price.
Currently we only have presence in Malaysia. We are rapidly expanding so look out for our notification.
Yes, you can, but they would be considered as independent contractors, and don’t receive protection under Malaysian labour laws or mandatory health contributions, which may impact their ability to secure banking facilities. Most locals prefer to be hired under a local entity as a full-time staff.
Our minimum engagement period is 12 months.
At an additional fee, we provide laptop rental with professional softwares, employee insurance, access to co-working spaces etc. Do contact us to enquire more.
